Noah Studenroth
Rooted in a passion for the built environment, architectural aesthetics, and sustainable community preservation, Noah has held diverse roles in sales and marketing leadership, research and underwriting, and architectural analysis. His experience spanning the resale and new development markets is both complementary and mutually reinforcing. To date, Noah has closed over $500 million in transactions, working within a variety of submarkets and product types.
Noah began his career in brokerage in 2012, ultimately leading sales and marketing campaigns for luxury developments at major firms across New York City. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as Toll Brothers and Starwood Capital's Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Sumaida + Khurana’s 152 Elizabeth, and The Hudson Companies’ One Clinton. Through these experiences, Noah has developed a keen intuition for deal formation, branding, and market positioning. He has built lasting relationships across project disciplines, earning trust in his instincts and counsel while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Celebrated for his sterling reputation and described by clients as “the epitome of a fiduciary,” Noah is a proud member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Corcoran Group® family. He brings a refined focus to submarkets throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and across the East End and North Shore of Long Island.
Noah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brooklyn College. He is an active participant in several nonprofit organizations, including the Real Estate Pride Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
