Nayana Pratt
Nayana Pratt is a fourth-generation real estate agent. Raised in a family deeply rooted in brokerage, she witnessed firsthand her relatives transacting at record-breaking prices through both up and down markets. Nayana's extensive product knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills allow her to expertly guide principals through a diverse range of transactions. As an attentive listener, she is highly attuned to her clients' needs and perspectives, enabling her to tailor her approach to every unique deal.
Nayana holds a BA in Studio Art with a minor in Art and the Environment from Allegheny College. In addition to her real estate career, Nayana is a fiber artist, a certified yoga instructor, and a proud dog mom to her Bernedoodle, Russell. Her diverse interests and experiences enrich her approach to brokerage, creating an enjoyable and deeply rewarding process for her clients and fellow stakeholders.
