Catherine Wilson

About Me

Catherine Wilson serves as the Head of Agent Success at The Kirsten Jordan Team, with over 16 years of experience in real estate. She brings with her a wealth of experience, from her 9+ years as a real estate salesperson, to leading sales teams for two of the largest developers in London. Originally hailing from the UK, she now calls New York City home.

Her most recent experience as Head of Sales included involvement in the entire lifecycle of a project, leading the sales and marketing strategy across 6 buildings in the $4BN development of King’s Cross, which houses Google and Facebook’s UK headquarters. Catherine hired, trained, managed, and collaborated with both internal and external sales agents in delivering best-in-class service and record sales across multiple buildings over a 4-year period.

Prior to that, Catherine worked as Sales Manager at the iconic $11BN Battersea Power Station development, the largest single construction in the UK. Hired by the developer to recruit, train, and manage the in-house sales team, specialising in re-selling the homes before the buildings completion.

Catherine started her career in real estate selling properties in some of the most affluent areas of London, consistently achieving record pricing within a building or street, and has been recognised as the top negotiator at the various companies.

Originally from the northern UK, Catherine is a graduate of Teeside University with a B.A. degree. Outside of real estate, she spends time with her two young children and her husband exploring New York and all it has to offer!
