About Me

Real estate has always been Aric’s passion. This native of the D.C. burbs (Rockville, MD) worked as a framer in construction at age 19, then built an extensive investment portfolio and has been an active landlord. Aric purchased his first investment property in 1999 in Miami Beach, FL and was hooked ever since. For the past 25 years, he has bought, sold and self-managed his rental portfolio in NYC, Florida and D.C. Aric was also involved in many gut-renovations, and purchased/sold his own residences over the years.

His love for real estate paved the way to his getting his real estate license and helping people throughout New York find the right homes and investments. In addition to his strong market knowledge, Aric believes that quality service is the true key to success. “I know your time is valuable. I will pull up my sleeves and work very hard for you – educating you through the process, negotiating on your behalf, and handling every detail of a transaction so you walk away fulfilled.”

Treating clients like family and providing honest guidance is the heart of Aric’s approach. He loves helping others, as he does building relationships, trust and loyalty. People just as much appreciate his keen listening skills, calm demeanor, and tenacious quest for the best solutions for their unique needs.

Aric called NYC home for 25 years and lived in most neighborhoods. He knows the territory well, and is a great resource for all things real estate and lifestyle-related. His world travel as a fashion model and commercial actor, which included living in Europe and Japan, and work with international clients make him extremely personable and adaptable.

A member of SAG-AFTRA since 1997, Aric adores the arts plus is a sports enthusiast, volunteer for boys’ sports teams, and lifelong martial artist. He enjoys traveling with his wife, three kids and dog in his free time, as well as cooking and exploring the city’s amazing restaurants.
